Meet Our Team

Dr. Yi-Tsu Cheng was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She received her Bachelor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Taipei Medical College in Taipei, Taiwan. Following her graduation, she completed a hospital-based residency at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. After moving to the United States, Dr. Cheng received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, now a Texas A&M University System Health Science Center.

During her years in dental school, Dr. Cheng attended special training in pediatric dentistry at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas. She graduated with prestigious Dean’s Honor. Dr. Cheng is a fellow member of the Georgia Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and Chinese Medical Association. She has been practicing dentistry in Taiwan and Atlanta for over 25 years.

Dr. William Shin is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS), a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), and a staff surgeon at Northside Hospital.

Born in Huntsville, Alabama and raised in Southern California, Dr. Shin earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, Berkeley and his Master of Science degree at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Following his dental training, he completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York Medical College. As chief resident, he trained extensively in maxillofacial trauma, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, anesthesia, pathology, reconstructive surgery, and orthognathic surgery.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Shin loves cooking, swimming, cycling, trivia, and most of all, spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Dennis Gan is a general dentist trained to provide the full range of dental care services for patients of all ages. Dr. Gan grew up on the West Coast in the middle of Silicon Valley and attended the University of California, Berkeley for his undergraduate studies in Integrative Biology. He pursued his studies in dentistry at the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduating with High Honors (Magna Cum Laude).

Dr. Gan is passionately focused on providing the highest level of care by staying up to date with the latest clinical developments. He is associated with the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry, with particular interest in comprehensive dental care including cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Vy Do was born in Saigon, Vietnam and moved to the states when he was 4. He attended the University of Georgia on a full academic scholarship, graduating Summa Cum Laude with Honors with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended the Medical College of Georgia (now Augusta University) to obtain his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Dr. Do joined Dr. Cheng’s office in June 2015. He maintains a busy working schedule and takes continuing education courses to stay up to date with modern advances in dentistry. His main interests include cosmetic dentistry, oral medicine, and oral pathology.

Dr. Doohyun Kim is a dedicated general dentist committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on quality, comfort and long-term oral health. Born and raised in South Korea, he moved to the United States with his family during high school, where he pursued his passion for healthcare and the biological sciences.

Dr. Kim earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he met his wife, who is also a dentist. Following dental school, Dr. Kim and his family relocated to Alaska, where he practiced comprehensive dentistry and gained extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of dental needs.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence, Dr. Kim believes every patient deserves personalized care tailored to their unique goals and needs. He takes pride in building lasting relationships with his patients and strives to create a welcoming environment where they feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every stage of their treatment.

Dr. Beck is an avid learner who enjoys expanding his knowledge and skills. He looks forward to pursuing additional continuing education courses in the future so he may stay current with the latest developments in dentistry.

Dr. Beck receives a tremendous amount of satisfaction while striving to provide the best dental care to his patients. He believes that a positive experience in the dental office can change someone’s life — someone who once had dental anxiety may develop confidence in their smile and their dental health through positive experiences during their dental care.
